Noble Manhattan Coaching has been training coaches and building international partnerships for over 30 years, active in 28+ countries through a network of licensed business partners. We’re expanding and we’re looking for a specific kind of person to help us do it.
Not a salesperson | Not a recruiter | A connector
Someone who genuinely enjoys building relationships, knows how to open doors, and understands the value of making the right introduction to the right person at the right time.
What the role involves
You identify people who could become Master Distributors – entrepreneurs and senior professionals who would run their own coaching school under the Noble Manhattan brand in their territory.
Think of it as a licensing model: we provide everything, they build the business locally. Your job is to find these people, start a genuine conversation, and introduce them to us. We handle everything from there.
You won’t be expected to pitch, close, or follow up after the handover. That’s our job.
This will suit you if…
- You have a strong professional network and you actually use it
- You’ve worked in business development, partnerships, or strategic introductions
- You’re comfortable reaching out to founders, CEOs, and senior decision-makers
- You work independently and don’t need a manager checking in
- You value long-term relationships over quick transactions
Compensation
Performance-based.
Each successful Master Distributor partnership generates a meaningful one-time fee for you, paid progressively as the agreement completes.
There is no cap, and no pressure to take on more than fits your life. If you also happen to connect someone who joins one of our programmes as a student, we pay a separate commission for that too.
This is not a salaried role. It suits people who already have professional independence and are looking for something that works alongside what they already do.
